Delish Real Food Co’s Potbrood Pre-mix Original is an easy-to-use pre-mix that can be prepared and baked in the kitchen or outdoors. Any additional ingredients can be added and bake within an hour. All our pre-mixes are GMO Free and manufactured with Stone Ground Millstone Artisan Flour.
This pre-mix is packaged in a 475g fully recyclable secure paper stand-up pouch with plastic lining that can easily be packed into your cooler box, side pannier, camping bag or picnic basket.
What you’ll need:
- 450ml Lukewarm Water
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking or Olive Oil
- 25cm Diameter Pot
Instructions:
- Empty dry pre-mix in bowl and set aside.
- Add yeast sachet provided to 450ml lukewarm water and leave for 10 min.
- Add the oil and vinegar to the water and yeast mix then add to dry mix.
- Knead well until it forms into a dough (You can use knead hook of your electric mixer).
- Use cooking spray or margarine and grease the inside of the pot well.
- Transfer dough to greased pot.
- Cover with dish cloth and set aside in warm area to proof for 30-45 min until it forms a nice dome.
- Heat oven to 180˚C and bake for 45-50 min.
- Take a spoon of margarine or butter and rub the top of the baked bread while still warm.
- Set aside to cool down. Enjoy!
