Delish Real Food Co’s Beer Bread Pre-mix Original, that comes with an Aluminium baking pan is an easy-to-use pre-mix that can be prepared and baked in the kitchen or outdoors. Just add beer and any additional ingredients to your liking and bake within an hour. All our pre-mixes are GMO Free and manufactured with Stone Ground Millstone Artisan Flour.
This pre-mix is packaged in a secure 400g single use aluminium foil pan with paper lid and plastic lining that can easily be packed into your cooler box, side pannier, camping bag or picnic basket
What You’ll Need:
- 330ml Room Temperature Beer
- Butter/ Margarine
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 180˚C.
- Grease the aluminium pan provided and set aside.
- Empty the pre-mix into a bowl and add a room temperature beer.
- Mix until dough forms (DO NOT KNEAD) and transfer into your greased pan.
- Brush with melted butter or margarine.
- Bake the bread for +- 50 min or until its golden brown on top.
- Remove from pan and serve warm.
Recipe Ideas:
Add your own special mix of spices and herbs or play around with chopped chives, cream cheese, cooked bacon, ham or a hand full of your Favourite cheese. Serve with butter, a special jam or preserve, cheese, biltong or enjoy it as it is.
