Delish Real Food Co’s Ciabatta/ Panini Pre-mix: is an easy-to-use pre-mix that yields a firm crust with an open texture without the need for a long fermentation process. It can be prepared and baked in the kitchen or outdoors. Just add water and oil and bake for 15 minutes. All our pre-mixes are GMO Free and manufactured with Stone Ground Millstone Artisan Flour.
This pre-mix is packaged in a 500g fully recyclable secure paper stand-up pouch with plastic lining that can easily be packed into your cooler box, side pannier, camping bag or picnic basket.
What You’ll Need:
- 325ml Lukewarm Water
- 2ml Oil
Instructions:
- Empty the flour mix into a bowl and set aside.
- Add yeast sachet provided to 325ml lukewarm water.
- Add water mix to the dry ingredients and knead well until it forms into a dough (you can use knead hook of your electric mixer).
- Add the oil to the dough mixture and mix it in well.
- Place dough in an oiled lubricated container (Lubricate the side walls of the container).
- Rest in a warm place for 20 min (very important).
- Shape and place dough on a baking sheet and cover it.
- Place in a warm area and proof for 30 min.
- Bake for 15 min at 230-240˚C.
- Let cool on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
