Frequently Asked Questions

Is it possible to cancel my order before delivery?

You are welcome to cancel your order before your order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, however a handling fee of 20% order value will apply if the order has been processed. Contact us on sales@delishfood.co.za to request an order cancellation.

Refunds and Exchanges

You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.
If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order.
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.

What delivery options do I have and when will it be delivered?

Courier Delivery:

Standard Delivery (within 50km radius of warehouse): 2 Business days
Standard Delivery (outside 50km radius of warehouse): 4 - 5 business days

In-Store Collection:

Your order can be collected from our warehouse (Unit A4 Kimbult Industrial Park, 9 Zeiss Road, Laser Park, Roodepoort) once confirmation has been sent to you from our team confirming that your order is ready for collection.

What happens when I am not available when delivery is made?

The delivery time will be confirmed telephonically when the order is ready to be delivered.
