Delish Real Food Co’s Pumpkin Fritters Original Pre-mix is an easy-to-use pre-mix that can be prepared and cooked in the kitchen or outdoors. Serve your Pumpkin Fritters warm with Honey, Chocolate Syrup or as a dessert with ice-cream to add your personal touch to it. All our pre-mixes are GMO Free and manufactured with Stone Ground Millstone Artisan Flour.
Our Pumpkin Fritters pre-mix is packaged in a 280g fully recyclable secure paper stand-up pouch with plastic lining that can easily be packed into your cooler box, side pannier, camping bag or picnic basket.
What You’ll Need:
- 100ml Water
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
Cooking Method: This can be cooked on stovetop or in a cast iron pot (adding oil in the pot) on the coals.
Instructions:
- Empty and sift pumpkin fritters pre-mix into a bowl.
- Beat 100ml water with 2 eggs, add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Let it stand for about 5 min for the pumpkin to absorb the moisture.
- Mix the cinnamon sachet provided with 1 cup sugar and keep it one side.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, when oil is hot, add table spoons full of the pumpkin mixture in the pan.
- Turn often until brown.
- Once cooked, remove from pan onto a plate and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture.
