Delish Real Food Co’s Banana Flapjacks Pre-mix is an easy-to-use pre-mix that can be prepared and cooked in the kitchen or outdoors. Serve your Banana Flapjacks warm with Butter, Jam, Syrup or Honey to add your personal touch to it. All our pre-mixes are GMO Free and manufactured with Stone Ground Millstone Artisan Flour.
This pre-mix is packaged in a 360g fully recyclable secure paper stand-up pouch with plastic lining that can easily be packed into your cooler box, side pannier, camping bag or picnic basket.

What You’ll Need:
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ Cup of Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Instructions:
- Empty and sift banana flapjack pre-mix into a bowl.
- In a separate bowl beat 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2 cups of milk, 2 eggs and 1.4 cup of oil together.
- Add the dry ingredients and wet mix together and mix well until batter is runny without lumps.
- Crush the banana chips sachet provided and add the crushed banana chips to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour batter into a measuring jug to make pouring into a pan easier.
- Lightly spray pan with cooking spray or add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and add pan to a medium heat.
- Pour in portions of the desired size of flapjack in pan. Cook until bubbles form.
- Turn the flapjacks with a spatula to cook on the other side until lightly brown both sides.
- Repeat steps with remaining batter.
